Privacy Policy
Murdock Mission PBC | Effective / last updated: 22 October 2026
Murdock Mission PBC provides business-to-business cybersecurity services. This policy covers our website, business communications and privacy requests. Contact: privacy@murdockmission.com.
Information and purposes
We receive names, work contact details, and correspondence that you or your organization provide through business communications or privacy requests. We use this information to communicate, manage business relationships, handle requests, protect our services and meet legal obligations. Our website hosting provider may process network identifiers and basic request or security records to deliver and protect the website. Our website has no customer login.
Customer-directed processing
Personal data supplied for customer services is processed only on documented customer instructions under a data processing agreement (DPA). We act as a processor or subprocessor, depending on the customer's role. Requests about that data should be directed to the relevant customer; we route requests and assist under the DPA. This policy does not expand our rights to customer personal data.
Service providers and other recipients
We use service providers for email, storage, contact management and website hosting. They process relevant information to provide those services. We may disclose relevant information to our lawyers, accountants, and other professional advisers as needed for their services, or when legally required. Customer-controlled data is disclosed only as permitted by the DPA and applicable law.
Sales and advertising sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No sale/share opt-out request is needed to receive this protection.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information only while reasonably needed for its purpose, security, legal obligations or disputes, and use appropriate safeguards. Customer data is returned or deleted under the applicable DPA. Business communications and privacy requests are separate from customer processing data.
Privacy requests
For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@murdockmission.com. Where applicable law, including the CCPA, provides rights, you may request access, a copy, correction or deletion, opt out of sale/sharing, or limit specified sensitive-data uses. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights. No account is required. We may reasonably verify access, correction and deletion requests and an agent's authority. Requests are handled free of charge where required and within applicable deadlines.
Changes
We post updates here with a revised date and give additional notice when required.
